          Headless Hen is a canyon full of HUGE keeper potholes that require cerebral solutions. If you enjoy problem solving this might be the canyon you are looking for.

The "Headless Hen" Gaurds the canyon. Wondering if the potshot will hold....

General Information:
          Headless Hen is rated 4B R III using the Canyon Rating System. Headless Hen requires complete technical gear. This canyon contains multiple keeper potholes, skilled teamwork is required. A GPS is useful. Good map reading skills are essential. Navigation for this route is moderate.

Trailhead Information:
          Headless Hen and Raven Canyon share the same trailhead. A vehicle shuttle is not required to complete this route. The trailhead is accessible to carefully driven passenger vehicles in normal weather conditions.

Combo Meal:
          It is recommended that you combine both Raven Canyon and Headless Hen into an all day adventure. If completing the combo meal it is suggested that you begin with Raven.
