Water Canyon is a fun technical slot canyon that visits some of the most famous rock art on the Colorado Plateau. The canyon is located in the heart of outlaw country once frequented by the notorious Wild Bunch.

Circle of Friends:
Water Canyon is part of the "Circle of Friends" program. Members of the "Circle of Friends" have access to more specific information, explicit route information, GPS waypoints, trailhead location and detailed maps. General Information:
Water Canyon is a picturesque slot canyon with an assortment of opportunities. This canyon requires complete technical gear. Water Canyon is rated 3A III using the Canyon Rating System. A GPS is useful. Good map reading skills are essential.

Trailhead Information:
The trailhead is located in the infamous Robbers Roost area and is accessible to high clearance vehicles. A vehicle shuttle is not required to complete this route.

Water Canyon has several options and variations which are detailed in the route information available to members of the Circle of Friends.
